  • Applications may be submitted using the prescribed Application Form, which is accessible on the SBBU website, or may be obtained from the Registrar’s Office at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Sheringal, Dir Upper.
  • The application processing fee of Rs. 1500 is to be deposited in SBBU Receipt A/C # 18787100000103, HBL Sheringal Branch, Dir Upper.
  • The fee is also admissible in the form of a bank draft from any HBL branch, payable to the Treasurer of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Sheringal.
  • The application form must be accompanied by the original receipt or bank draft. Application forms, complete in all respects, along with all pertinent attested documents/experience certificates, original deposit slips, and two passport-sized color photographs, must be received at the office of the undersigned. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
  • In-service candidates from government/public sector organizations/institutions must register through the appropriate channel and submit a letter of recommendation from their current employer.
  • The University’s decision will be final in all cases, and only candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted for the test/interview.
  • The minimum experience requirement shall not be influenced by part-time, honorary, apprentice, internee, or freelance experience.
  • Candidates who are directly recruited for PSDP-funded development initiatives will be initially offered a one-year contract with a standard pay package, by PC-I provisions.
  • The contract may be extended for an additional year or until the project is finalized, provided that satisfactory performance is maintained.
  • The University retains the right to refuse to replace any vacancy without providing a rationale.
